No doubt Nuclear Assault, Anthrax and Brutal Truth are all names ripe for consideration for for the Heavy Metal Hall Of Fame. The common driving force behind these bands, and numerous side projects, is bassist Dan Lilker. Our interest in Mr. Lilker dates back to the mid 80s debut albums from 'Thrax and N.A.so it's our extreme pleasure to interview and discuss all the positives and well...more positives through out the man's illustrious career. A career that the argument can be made for Lilker to be induced into said Hall on his own. Of course, no episode on Dan lilker would be complete without some cool tunes from Nuclear Assault, S.O.D., and Brutal Truth. Horns Up!!!

Everybody loves an underdog. Whether it’s an odds against sports team having a Cinderella playoff run or that geeky Trekkie from high school that went on to become a captain of industry and marry a super model. Heavy Metal is stacked like Marshall amps full of these lovable losers. Meaning, that despite a wealth of talent and awesome discographies for some reason beyond their control, for whatever reason, just really never caught on in any way to even rival most of their contemporaries. We have their backs though.
